Frequently Asked Questions

Longevity medicine is a newer model of care, and many patients have questions about how it works, how it differs from traditional primary care, and where it fits into their overall healthcare.

Below are answers to the questions we hear most often.

About Laguna Longevity Lab

Who is Laguna Longevity Lab for?

Laguna Longevity Lab is for adults who want a more proactive, personalized approach to their health and aging.

We work with both women and men who want to better understand what is happening in their bodies, improve how they feel and function, and make informed decisions about their long-term health.

Patients often come to us for help with areas such as hormone health, perimenopause and menopause, metabolic health, body composition, medical weight management, muscle preservation, sleep, energy, nutrition, supplements, cardiovascular risk, healthy aging, skin and hair concerns, and other longevity-focused goals.

Some patients are experiencing symptoms they want to better understand. Others feel well but want to be more proactive about maintaining their strength, mobility, cognition, metabolic health, and independence as they age.

Our care is designed for people who want more time, education, data, and physician guidance than is typically available during a standard medical visit.

What does Laguna Longevity Lab do?

Laguna Longevity Lab is a physician-led longevity and wellness medical practice focused on helping patients understand, monitor, and optimize their health over time.

We begin by gathering a detailed picture of each patient through medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, exercise, body composition, comprehensive laboratory testing, and additional screening when appropriate.

We then use that information to create an individualized plan that may include lifestyle changes, nutrition, exercise, supplements, hormone therapy, medical weight management, prescription medications, peptide-based therapies, advanced testing, or other evidence-informed strategies when appropriate.

Our role is not to replace your primary care physician or specialists. We work alongside traditional medical care by providing additional time for education, personalized planning, ongoing monitoring, and discussion of both established and emerging options.

The goal is to help patients make informed decisions, address modifiable risk factors, preserve strength and function, and stay as healthy, active, and independent as possible as they age.

Getting Started

Do I need a referral?

No. You do not need a referral to become a patient at Laguna Longevity Lab.

You can contact us directly to schedule your Comprehensive Evaluation.

What happens during the Comprehensive Evaluation?

The Comprehensive Evaluation consists of two one-hour physician visits.

Your first visit: understanding the whole picture

Your first appointment is an in-depth intake designed to understand much more than a single symptom or laboratory result.

We review your:

  • Past and current medical history
  • Symptoms and health concerns
  • Medications and supplements
  • Family history
  • Nutrition
  • Exercise and movement
  • Sleep
  • Stress
  • Work and daily routine
  • Lifestyle habits
  • Health and longevity goals

We also perform an in-office Seca body composition analysis, which is included in the Comprehensive Evaluation.

From there, we order a comprehensive biomarker panel and any additional testing that may be appropriate based on your age, history, risk factors, symptoms, and goals.

Your second visit: putting the pieces together

Before your follow-up visit, we review your history, laboratory results, body composition, imaging when available, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals.

You receive individualized reports, recommendations, and an actionable checklist.

During the second one-hour visit, we go through the findings together.

This is intentionally an educational appointment. We want you to understand where your health is today, what your data may be telling us, which areas deserve attention, what may be contributing to changes you are experiencing, which interventions may be worth considering, and what the current research says.

The goal is not simply to tell you what to do. It is to give you enough information to participate meaningfully in decisions about your own health.

Do you treat both women and men?

Yes. Laguna Longevity Lab provides personalized longevity and wellness care for both women and men.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Many follow-up visits can be performed by telehealth when clinically appropriate.

Whenever possible, however, we prefer the initial Comprehensive Evaluation to begin in person so we can meet you, perform your body composition analysis, obtain a more complete baseline, and establish your care plan together.

Understanding Longevity Care

How is Laguna Longevity Lab different from my primary care physician?

We see our role as complementary to your primary care physician, not a replacement for them.

Primary care physicians and specialists provide essential medical care. They diagnose and treat disease, manage chronic medical conditions, provide preventive care, coordinate specialty care, and help ensure patients receive appropriate cancer screening, vaccinations, imaging, and other important medical services.

We want you to continue that care.

Laguna Longevity Lab provides an additional layer.

Many of the issues patients want to address in longevity medicine — body composition, hormones, supplements, metabolic health, sleep, exercise, nutrition, recovery, healthy aging, and emerging therapies — require significant time for discussion, education, monitoring, and adjustment.

That can be difficult to accomplish within a traditional medical model where physicians often have limited time with each patient.

Our model allows us to spend much more time gathering information, looking at how the pieces interact, explaining your options, monitoring your progress, and helping you make informed decisions over time.

So is this alternative medicine?

No. Laguna Longevity Lab is a physician-led medical practice.

Dr. Johnson is an allopathic-trained, board-certified emergency physician with extensive clinical experience. Our approach is grounded in physiology, data, scientific literature, medical judgment, and evidence-informed care.

At the same time, longevity medicine is evolving rapidly.

We are willing to thoughtfully explore areas such as advanced biomarkers, nutrition, supplements, hormone therapy, metabolic medicine, and emerging treatments when appropriate, while maintaining medical oversight and appropriate safety guardrails.

We believe patients should be able to explore new ideas without having to choose between being proactive and being scientifically responsible.

Why is so much time necessary?

Because optimizing health is rarely about one number or one medication.

Your sleep affects your hormones. Hormones can affect body composition. Stress can affect sleep, appetite, blood pressure, recovery, and metabolism. Nutrition affects micronutrients and metabolic health. Exercise can alter muscle mass, insulin sensitivity, bone health, and long-term function.

Even your work schedule and daily routine may influence which recommendations are realistic for you.

Creating a thoughtful plan requires understanding how those factors fit together.

And once we make changes, we need to see how your body responds.

Longevity care is often a process of measure, intervene, monitor, and adjust rather than making one change and assuming the job is finished.

Why not just research these things myself?

We love educated patients.

The challenge is that the wellness and longevity world contains an enormous amount of information, and not all of it is equally accurate, appropriate, or safe.

Supplements are a good example. Some can be useful. Some may interact with medications. Some can become harmful at excessive doses. Others may simply be unnecessary.

The same is true of hormones, peptides, weight-loss medications, advanced testing, and emerging therapies.

Our role is to help you evaluate those options within the context of your medical history and physiology, understand the strength of the evidence, and keep appropriate medical guardrails in place.

You should not have to navigate all of this alone.

Insurance & Payment

Do you accept insurance?

Laguna Longevity Lab is a private-pay medical practice. We do not bill insurance for our physician visits or in-office wellness services.

Insurance may still be used for many outside services when appropriate.

For example, laboratory testing performed through Quest or Labcorp may be submitted to your insurance by the laboratory. Certain imaging studies and medications obtained through commercial pharmacies may also be eligible for insurance coverage depending on your plan and medical indications.

Coverage is always determined by your individual insurer and plan.

If insurance is important, why doesn't Laguna Longevity Lab accept it?

We believe health insurance is extremely important.

Insurance provides access to essential medical care including emergency care, primary care, specialists, hospitalization, preventive examinations, mammograms, colonoscopies, laboratory studies, diagnostic imaging, and treatment when illness develops.

You should have insurance, and we encourage our patients to use it appropriately.

What insurance generally is not designed to cover is the amount of time and individualized wellness management involved in the type of care we provide.

Insurance-based medicine must operate within defined medical indications, reimbursement requirements, and coverage policies. Those systems are essential for delivering healthcare at scale, but they do not always accommodate hours of individualized education, lifestyle assessment, supplement review, optimization, and ongoing discussion of emerging research.

Our private-pay model gives us the ability to spend that time with you.

It also allows the decision-making process to focus on what may be appropriate for you rather than beginning with whether a particular service fits within an insurance reimbursement structure.

Does Laguna Longevity Lab replace my primary care doctor?

No. We strongly encourage patients to maintain an established primary care physician and appropriate specialists.

Your primary care physician remains extremely important for conventional preventive care, vaccinations, cancer screening, management of established medical conditions, referrals, and coordination of specialty care.

We provide an additional layer focused on personalized longevity, wellness, prevention, education, and optimization.

When appropriate, we are happy to work alongside your existing physicians.

Labs & Testing

What laboratory testing do you order?

Our initial laboratory evaluation is intentionally comprehensive and individualized.

Depending on the patient, biomarkers may evaluate areas such as:

  • Complete blood count
  • Electrolytes
  • Liver function
  • Kidney function
  • Blood sugar and metabolic health
  • Cholesterol and cardiovascular risk
  • Hormones
  • Thyroid function
  • Inflammation
  • Macronutrient-related markers
  • Micronutrients
  • Nutritional status
  • Selected environmental exposures or toxins when clinically appropriate
  • Additional biomarkers based on symptoms, history, and individual goals

The purpose is not simply to generate a large number of laboratory results.

We use these data points together to better understand how different systems in the body are functioning and identify areas that may deserve further evaluation or intervention.

Do I have to go to Quest or Labcorp for my blood draw?

No. For convenience, we can draw many laboratory tests in our office.

Patients may also have blood drawn through Quest or Labcorp when that is preferable.

Can I use insurance for laboratory testing?

Often, yes. When appropriate, laboratory orders can be sent to Quest or Labcorp, and the laboratory may submit eligible testing to your insurance.

Coverage depends on the test, diagnosis or medical indication, your individual plan, deductible, and insurer.

If you prefer not to use insurance, or if particular testing is not covered, we can also discuss self-pay options.

Is body composition testing included?

Yes. We use advanced Seca body composition analysis in our office.

Your initial body composition scan is included in your Comprehensive Evaluation, and body composition monitoring is also included with membership care according to your membership plan.

Unlike a standard scale, body composition testing gives us a much better picture of changes in fat mass, lean mass, skeletal muscle, and other relevant measures.

This can be especially helpful when monitoring weight loss, strength and muscle development, hormone therapy, metabolic health, and healthy aging.

Do you order DEXA bone-density testing?

Yes, when clinically appropriate.

DEXA bone-density testing is performed through outside imaging centers.

Depending on your age, medical history, risk factors, medical indications, and insurance plan, the imaging center may be able to bill your insurance.

Do you order coronary artery calcium scans?

Yes, when appropriate.

A coronary artery calcium, or CAC, scan can provide additional information about calcified plaque within the coronary arteries and may help refine cardiovascular risk assessment in appropriately selected patients.

CAC screening is often not covered by insurance, although cash prices are generally relatively affordable and commonly fall in the range of approximately $100–$200 depending on the imaging center.

What about cancer screening?

Standard cancer screening remains extremely important, and we encourage patients to stay current with age- and risk-appropriate screening through their primary care physicians and specialists.

For patients interested in additional or emerging cancer-screening technologies, we can also help them understand what options are available and discuss whether additional testing may be reasonable in their situation.

Many advanced screening technologies are not covered by insurance and are generally self-pay.

Newer screening technologies should typically be viewed as potentially supplemental to, not replacements for, recommended standard cancer screening.

Do you offer biological-age testing?

Yes. Patients who are interested in biological-age or other advanced longevity testing can discuss available options with us.

These tests are generally considered elective and typically are not covered by insurance.

We will also discuss what a particular test measures, its limitations, and whether the result is likely to provide useful or actionable information before recommending that you spend money on it.

Membership & Ongoing Care

Do I have to become a member?

No. Membership is not required to complete your initial Comprehensive Evaluation.

Some patients want a detailed health assessment and individualized roadmap but prefer to implement the recommendations with their own physician. You are welcome to do that.

If you would like Laguna Longevity Lab to actively manage and optimize your plan over time, we generally recommend membership.

An active membership is required for ongoing hormone management, peptide therapy, and ongoing monthly prescription management.

Standalone aesthetic services such as Botox and Xeomin do not require membership.

Why do you recommend membership for ongoing optimization?

Because meaningful wellness changes usually take time.

If you are sick with an acute infection, you may take a medication and expect a relatively rapid response.

Longevity and wellness interventions are different.

Hormones, metabolism, body composition, nutrition, exercise, sleep, supplements, medications, and recovery can change gradually. Often we make an intervention, observe the response, repeat measurements when appropriate, and adjust.

Moving too aggressively can sometimes create more problems than it solves.

Membership gives us the opportunity to optimize thoughtfully rather than simply start a treatment and send you on your way.

What is included in membership?

Depending on your membership level, care may include:

  • Scheduled physician visits
  • Regular check-ins
  • Direct physician oversight
  • Laboratory ordering and interpretation
  • Body composition analysis
  • Medication monitoring and titration
  • Prescription management
  • Supplement review and recommendations
  • Nutrition, movement, sleep, and recovery guidance
  • Phone and email support
  • Access to additional urgent-care or wellness visits when appropriate
  • Member supplement discounts
  • Additional monitoring for hormone or peptide therapy when included in your membership tier

Membership is designed to provide ongoing support with a predictable monthly cost.

Will I see the physician at my visits?

Yes. Laguna Longevity Lab is designed as a physician-led practice.

Your initial Comprehensive Evaluation includes two one-hour physician appointments, and physician visits are included in ongoing membership according to your membership level.

Do I need a membership for prescriptions?

It depends on the type of prescription and the level of ongoing management required.

If you need ongoing monthly prescription management, including regular monitoring, refills, dose adjustments, or continued oversight, an active membership is required.

This is because ongoing prescribing is not simply a transaction. Medications often need to be reassessed over time based on symptoms, laboratory results, side effects, response to treatment, and changes in your overall health.

For patients who are stable and no longer require ongoing management, individual follow-up visits may sometimes be appropriate depending on the situation.

Do I need a membership for hormone therapy?

Typically, yes. Most patients receiving ongoing hormone management through Laguna Longevity Lab should have an active membership. Exceptions may be made at the doctor's discretion if the patient has been on standardized treatment and requires no adjustments. In this case, the patient may pay for individual visits and prescription management.

Most hormone therapy requires continued physician oversight, appropriate laboratory monitoring, symptom assessment, medication adjustments when needed, and periodic reevaluation of risks and benefits.

Before beginning hormone therapy, patients complete the Comprehensive Evaluation so we have an appropriate baseline and can determine whether treatment is suitable.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, of course. Membership is billed monthly and may be canceled at any time.

Do I need to remain a member forever?

No. Membership is particularly valuable while we are actively making and monitoring changes.

Once your treatment plan is stable and you no longer require frequent management, you may transition to individual follow-up visits when appropriate.

The goal is to provide the level of support you need, not to keep you in intensive management indefinitely.

Does membership include urgent-care access?

Members may have access to additional urgent-care visits when appropriate and available.

This is intended to provide an added level of convenience and physician access for straightforward acute medical concerns.

It is not a substitute for an emergency department or 911. Potentially serious or life-threatening symptoms should always be evaluated through the appropriate emergency medical system.

Hormone Health

Do you treat perimenopause and menopause?

Yes. Hormonal changes associated with perimenopause and menopause can affect sleep, energy, mood, cognition, sexual health, bone health, muscle mass, body composition, skin, hair, and overall quality of life.

Our approach incorporates your symptoms, medical history, risk factors, laboratory results, goals, and current medical evidence.

Hormone therapy may be one part of that strategy when appropriate.

Do you provide hormone therapy for men?

Yes. We work with men who may be experiencing symptoms or health changes associated with hormonal changes, including changes in energy, libido, recovery, strength, muscle mass, body composition, and overall vitality.

Treatment is based on symptoms, laboratory testing, medical history, and an individualized risk-benefit assessment.

Do you prescribe testosterone for women?

Yes, when clinically appropriate.

Testosterone therapy may be considered for selected women after appropriate evaluation.

Treatment is individualized and monitored carefully based on symptoms, laboratory findings, clinical response, and potential risks and benefits.

Do you use bioidentical hormones?

When hormone therapy is appropriate, we use hormones that are structurally identical to hormones naturally produced by the human body.

Treatment decisions, including medication, dose, formulation, and route, are individualized rather than based on a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Do I need laboratory testing before starting hormone therapy?

Yes. Before beginning hormone therapy through Laguna Longevity Lab, patients undergo an appropriate clinical evaluation that includes medical history, symptoms, risk factors, and laboratory testing.

We want to understand your baseline before making treatment decisions.

Medical Weight Loss & Body Composition

Do you prescribe GLP-1 medications?

Yes, when clinically appropriate.

GLP-1-based medications can be useful tools for selected patients, but medication is only one part of our medical weight-management approach.

Treatment is based on your medical history, laboratory testing, metabolic health, body composition, goals, and an individualized assessment of benefits and risks.

Is your weight-loss program just about losing weight?

No. We are much more interested in improving body composition than simply making the number on the scale smaller.

Our goal is generally to reduce excess fat mass while preserving and, when possible, building lean muscle.

Maintaining muscle becomes increasingly important as we age because it contributes to strength, metabolic health, mobility, independence, and long-term function.

How do you help protect muscle during weight loss?

We monitor body composition regularly and emphasize strategies such as:

  • Adequate protein intake
  • Progressive resistance training
  • Appropriate nutrition
  • Recovery
  • Sleep
  • Correction of relevant nutritional deficiencies
  • Hormonal or metabolic evaluation when indicated
  • Thoughtful medication dosing

If someone is losing significant lean mass along with weight, that is information we want to know so the plan can be adjusted.

Can I come to Laguna Longevity Lab just for weight loss?

Yes, but our weight-management program is designed within a broader longevity framework.

We are not simply trying to make you lighter.

We want to improve body composition, metabolic health, strength, nutrition, and long-term health at the same time.

Patients interested in medical weight management begin with the Comprehensive Evaluation before starting treatment.

Peptides & Advanced Therapies

Do you prescribe peptide therapies?

Yes. We offer selected physician-guided peptide or peptide-based therapies when clinically appropriate.

This is a rapidly evolving area of medicine, so our approach emphasizes careful patient selection, appropriate sourcing, ongoing monitoring, and transparency about the strength and limitations of available evidence.

What peptide therapies do you offer?

The therapies available depend on current regulations, availability, individual medical needs, and clinical appropriateness.

Examples of peptide-based medications used in medicine include semaglutide and tirzepatide.

Other therapies may be available through pharmaceutical manufacturers or appropriately regulated compounding pharmacies.

Because availability and regulations can change, patients interested in a specific therapy should contact our office.

Do you use "research-only" peptides?

No. We do not use substances sold solely for laboratory or research use.

Any prescription therapy we provide must be obtained through an appropriate medical and pharmacy pathway and prescribed following physician evaluation.

Are all peptide therapies FDA-approved?

No. Some peptide-based medications are FDA-approved pharmaceutical products for specific indications.

Other medications may be prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies when legally and clinically appropriate. Compounded medications are not themselves FDA-approved products.

We believe patients should understand which type of treatment they are receiving, why it is being considered, and what is known and not known about it.

Do I need to be a member for peptide therapy?

Yes. Because these therapies require ongoing physician oversight, patients receiving peptide therapy through Laguna Longevity Lab must be enrolled in an appropriate membership program.

Do you offer NAD+ and glutathione?

Yes, when appropriate.

NAD+ and glutathione are not peptides, but they may be considered as part of an individualized wellness plan.

As with supplements and other advanced therapies, we discuss the rationale, available evidence, limitations, potential risks, and alternatives rather than assuming a particular treatment is right for everyone.

Prescriptions & Pharmacies

Can you send prescriptions to my regular pharmacy?

Yes, whenever an appropriate medication is commercially available, prescriptions can generally be sent to a regular retail or mail-order pharmacy.

Your health insurance may cover the medication depending on your individual benefits, diagnosis, formulary, and authorization requirements.

Why would you use a compounding pharmacy?

Sometimes an appropriate treatment, formulation, dosage, or combination is not commercially available in the form a patient needs.

When medically appropriate, we may prescribe through selected compounding pharmacy partners.

Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients and are not FDA-approved products in the same manner as commercially manufactured medications.

Compounding pharmacies generally do not bill health insurance, so these medications are typically self-pay.

Aesthetics

Do I need a membership for Botox or Xeomin?

No. A membership is not required for standalone aesthetic injectable services such as Botox or Xeomin.

These are separate, focused aesthetic appointments and do not require completion of the Comprehensive Evaluation.

What happens during a Botox or Xeomin appointment?

These are brief, focused visits intended for neuromodulator treatment.

We will evaluate the areas being treated, discuss your goals, review relevant safety considerations, and perform treatment when appropriate.

These appointments are not comprehensive skin, hair, hormone, or longevity consultations.

Can I discuss my skin or hair concerns during an aesthetic appointment?

Aesthetic injectable appointments are intentionally focused and are not designed for an in-depth evaluation of skin or hair health.

If you are experiencing concerns such as hair thinning, hair loss, changes in skin quality, acne, pigmentation, dryness, premature aging, or other ongoing changes, we recommend beginning with the Comprehensive Evaluation.

Skin and hair can be influenced by many factors, including hormones, thyroid function, nutritional status, medications, stress, sleep, metabolic health, genetics, environmental exposures, and other medical conditions.

Rather than treating a symptom in isolation, we prefer to understand what may be contributing to the change and create an individualized plan.

Can you prescribe medications or skincare products for skin and hair concerns?

Evaluation and prescription management for ongoing skin or hair concerns are handled through our Comprehensive Evaluation and, when ongoing management is needed, our membership model.

This gives us the opportunity to evaluate potential underlying contributors, review relevant laboratory data, discuss treatment options, monitor response, and adjust the plan over time.

A standalone Botox or Xeomin visit does not include comprehensive skin or hair evaluation or prescription management.

What aesthetic services do you currently offer?

We currently offer neuromodulator treatments including Botox and Xeomin.

Additional aesthetic services are being added, including services such as:

  • Chemical peels
  • Dermal fillers
  • Physician-selected skincare products
  • Additional skin-health and aesthetic treatments

Availability may change as new services are introduced, so patients are welcome to contact the office for the most current menu.

Are aesthetics part of the longevity program?

They can be, but they do not have to be.

Patients are welcome to come to Laguna Longevity Lab solely for selected aesthetic services such as Botox or Xeomin without becoming a longevity patient or member.

For patients interested in improving skin and hair as part of their overall health and aging strategy, we take a broader approach through the Comprehensive Evaluation.

Healthy aging is not only about how we look. Skin and hair can also reflect changes in hormones, nutrition, metabolism, stress, sleep, and overall health.

When those concerns are part of a larger pattern, we want to look at the whole picture rather than treating them only from the outside.

Our Approach

What does “evidence-informed” medicine mean?

Not every medical question has the same quality or quantity of evidence behind it.

Some treatments have decades of large clinical trials behind them. Others have promising early research but significant unanswered questions. Some popular wellness treatments have very little evidence at all.

We believe patients deserve to know the difference.

Evidence-informed medicine means looking at the available scientific literature, your individual medical circumstances, established medical knowledge, clinical judgment, potential risks and benefits, and your goals together.

We are open to emerging science, but being open-minded does not mean removing the guardrails.

Will you recommend lots of supplements?

Not necessarily.

Supplements can be useful, but more is not always better.

One of the reasons we spend time reviewing supplements is precisely because they can be overused, duplicated, interact with medications, or be taken at doses that are unnecessary or potentially harmful.

Our goal is to determine what you may actually benefit from, what you probably do not need, and how supplements fit into the larger picture of your health.

What does longevity medicine mean to you?

Longevity is not about trying to live forever.

It is about increasing the likelihood that the years you have are healthy, active, independent, and fulfilling.

We want to help you preserve the things that matter as you age:

Strength. Muscle. Mobility. Cognitive function. Metabolic health. Energy. Independence. Quality of life.

A simple way to think about it is this:

We want you to be able to travel, stay active, do the things you love, and someday be able to get down on the floor with your grandchildren, pick them up, and get back up again.

That requires looking beyond today's symptoms and thinking about the body you want to have ten, twenty, and thirty years from now.

What makes Laguna Longevity Lab different?

We created Laguna Longevity Lab to fill a gap.

On one side is excellent traditional medicine, which is essential when illness occurs but often operates within short appointment times and an insurance-based framework.

On the other side is a rapidly growing wellness industry filled with supplements, testing, hormones, peptides, medications, online advice, influencers, and emerging treatments. Some of it is exciting and potentially valuable. Some of it is premature, unnecessary, or unsafe.

We believe there should be something in between.

Laguna Longevity Lab gives patients the time and physician guidance to thoughtfully explore their health and their options while keeping medical safety, scientific evidence, and clinical judgment at the center.

We gather data.

We look at your lifestyle.

We consider your nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, work, environment, hormones, metabolism, body composition, and medical history.

We help you understand what may be influencing your health.

Then we prioritize the areas where intervention is most likely to matter and monitor what happens over time.

The ultimate goal is not perfection, and it is not chasing every new longevity trend.

The goal is to help you build a healthier, stronger, more resilient body and maintain it as you age.

Ready to get started?

Your health is personal. Your care should be too.

Your first step is a Comprehensive Evaluation .

We will take the time to understand where you are today, gather the appropriate data, identify what deserves attention, and create a personalized roadmap designed around your health, your goals, and the way you want to age.
